Clean
Depending on how much wax remains, place the jar in a bowl of hot water to gently warm it. The wax will loosen and lift out like a disc. Wash the jar with warm, soapy water, then rinse and dry thoroughly. Before refilling, check the glass for any cracks.
Refill
Unwrap your wax refill and remove the wick placer paper. Drop the refill into your clean jar. It is made to fit perfectly, with no gaps.
Light
The first burn is key. Let the candle burn until the entire surface has melted, usually 3 to 4 hours. Do not burn for longer than 4 hours at a time. Trim the wick to 5mm before relighting for a clean, even burn.
