As the world slowly starts coming out of the lockdown and we get back to the hustle and bustle of our daily lives, I thought it'd be nice to let you all in on some of the small, Liverpool based businesses that I've been supporting during this time. I hope that you too, might fall in love with these hidden gems as much as I have.
Mary Mary Floral Design is a contemporary independent florist based the heart of Liverpool city centre, located in the historic Bluecoat Chambers. They offer seasonal and dried flowers as well as their weekly changing selection.

Alex Louise Nails is a talented nail artist that focuses solely on natural nails. She uses 'The (amazing) Gel Bottle', which if you're not previously familiar with is a completely vegan and cruelty free brand (which I'm totally here for!)
Alex provides so much more than what you pay for, every visit is a pleasure and the quality of her work is second to none. I'm always more than happy to let her imagination run wild on my nails with her unique and fresh designs.
Boss Bakes is a sweet treat/cake company that delivers straight to your door.
I recently ordered the Brownie & Blondie treat box which had my mouth watering with every single bite. Boss Bakes is Liverpool based and female owned. Abby is a trained chef who knows the easiest way to make someone smile is through their stomach and only uses the best quality ingredients.
Give in to your sweet tooth and order through their Instagram - You won't regret it!
Everything you need from your local coffee shop; expert baristas, locally sourced coffee beans and fully licensed bar by night.
Located in Waterloo and built from the ground up by a local lad, Timberwolf wants to ensure that its customers continue to enjoy their cocktail list by offering an 'at home cocktail kit' which varies from Espresso Martinis to that of the Pornstar kind.
Pay them a visit, dogs allowed too!
As a small business owner, myself, I've come to realise just how important it is not only to have the loyalty of my customers but also ongoing support from other small businesses. In these uncertain times, every single bit of support is appreciated; whether that's in the form adding something to your online basket or simply sharing a post. I'm always on the hunt for other local businesses to support and would love if you could comment some of your favourites below.
